DGN began in January 2001 in hometown Madison, AL. The group, originally a 3-piece, added its final two members in the summers of 2006 and 2007. The band’s debut EP, The Getaway EP, was recorded in Hoboken, NJ, with Nik Tyler and Matt Robnett of Play/Work Productions.
Simply put, DGN is a Christian band. The band firmly puts Jesus Christ before everything that they do. However, they believe that music should hold a message, and the artist should be able to unveil it. Instead of preaching from the stage, the band believes in showing the love of Christ through their lifestyles to their fans by the relationships they share with them is exactly how Christ wanted it. That's their belief. Soon the world will hear the message.

The Getaway EP (2006) was recorded and mixed at WaterMusic (Hoboken, NJ) with producers Nik Tyler and Matt Robnett. Guitarist, Joey Foucha, was added to the band during the summer of 06. Vocalist, Andrew Melton, was an addition in the summer of 07. Welcome to Stockeland (2005) was written, produced, and engineered by DGN. It's available on iTunes or myspace.
